  • Address (only collected by the franchisee after direct contact and customer agreement to proceed with a service. We do not request address details at the initial enquiry stage.)
  • We do not request, collect or store:
  • Sensitive identifiers such as date of birth, driver’s licence, or passport details
  • Bank account or credit card numbers
  • Government-issued identification
  • Any other personal data not required for service delivery
  • Payments are processed on the spot via EFTPOS machines issued to our franchisees. Card details are securely handled at the time of payment and are never stored by us. We will never request your bank details or ask for a deposit in advance. Payment is made directly to the franchisee upon completion of the service, by either cash or card. Car Wash Group does not operate an online store.

    From franchisees and franchise enquiries, we may collect:

  • Suburb or region of intended or current operation
  • Information provided during the franchise application or onboarding process (e.g. business background, identification documents, or financial information)
  • Police check documentation as part of the onboarding process

Franchisees receive limited customer details (first name, phone number, email address, and postcode) after a lead is assigned to them. The service address is only collected by the franchisee after direct communication and with the customer’s consent.

    If a franchise applicant proceeds with onboarding, additional information may be requested to complete the setup process.
